What classifies a merchant as a small business?: Small businesses are defined as independently owned and operated businesses located in the USA. Franchises, government agencies and large or national chain stores are not eligible. For a sampling of participating merchants, check out Facebook.com/shopsmall.
How do I know if a merchant is participating in the Small Business Saturday offer?: As long as a merchant is a small business as defined above and accepts American Express Cards, you can take advantage of the one-time $25 statement credit by making a purchase of $25 or more with your registered Card on November 26th. To see a sampling of participating merchants in your area, please check out Facebook.com/shopsmall.
What American Express Cards are eligible for this promotion?: You may enroll any valid U.S. American Express Consumer Card or Business Card from American Express OPEN. Corporate Cards and Prepaid Cards (such as American Express Gift Cards and Serve Cards) are not eligible. If your Card cannot be validated, please call the number on the back of your Card for assistance. See our Terms and Conditions for full eligibility rules.
How do I know the site where I am entering my Card Number is secure?: This site is https, which indicates that it is verified as secure.
Why does American Express need my Card number?: Your Card number is needed so that American Express can determine whether you’ve met the purchase requirement with your registered Card, and can process the statement credit.
When does this offer start? When does it end?: You can enroll your Card from November 1st, 2011- November 26th while enrollment lasts (quantity is limited). You must then spend at least $25 at a participating merchant on Small Business Saturday, November 26th to get the statement credit.
Can I register my Card more than once?: No, you can only register your Card one time, and can only receive one $25 statement credit. If you’ve already added the Small Business Saturday offer to your Card through the Link, Like, Love program on Facebook, have synced your Card through foursquare, or have registered your Card through American Express Mobile, you will not be able to register your Card for the Small Business Saturday offer here.
Do I have to spend on the Card I enroll? What about another Card on the same account?: Yes, you must spend on the Card you have enrolled. For Accounts with multiple Cards, each Card must be enrolled separately.
How long will it take to get my $25 statement credit?: A statement credit on your Card account will be issued generally within 5 business days after your qualifying purchase, but may take up to 2 billing cycles to post to your account.

שיקט די אימעיל פאר אלע אייערע באקאנטע:

Have an American Express card? You can help us win a victory for justice, equality and save a life without spending a penny!

Here’s how: American Express is holding their second annual Small Business Campaign. They’re giving a $25 credit to registered cardholders for spending $25 or more at a local small business or non-profit organization.

Think about it,with just the first 1,000 donors (and we can get many many more!) we will have already raised $25,000 towards reuniting Sholom with his family and loved ones who miss him terribly and we are one step closer to righting a monumental wrong - this offer is only valid for the first 200,000 registrants, so please act fast!

Here is how:

1. Register your American Express card by clicking here as soon as possible.

2. Click here to donate to the Klal Yisroel Fund through our secure donation page.
3. Pass this message on to all your friends and email contacts to help us reach as many people as possible.

4. On November 26 (after Shabbos) we will process this donation on your behalf per the guidelines of this campaign. On or about Dec. 1st you will receive a $25 credit from Amex.

You are more than welcome to donate more than $25. Forward this to all of your friends and family and help us help Sholom.

To read more about this offer from Amex go to https://sync.americanexpress.com/SBS2011/FAQs

Thank you so much for taking the time to help out! Remember, please act fast as there is a limit to how many people can register!!
