The arguments started today with the lawyer for Yidi Goldberger arguing that the dispute belongs by a Bes Din and there is already singed Shtri Bririn from Sofer, the Judge asked Sofer lawyer if he agrees to it he stood up screaming and said ''NO'' ITS NOT TRUE THIS IS NOT GOING TO DIN TORAH ITS FOR THE COURT TO HEAR IT, the Judge said to give in a motion why it has to go to Din Torah.
After about an hour of arguments on the receiver issue and both sides agreed that some protection has to be in place but disagreed of who the receiver should be and what powers he should have, the judge ruled that both sides should give in papers by next week Friday of who they want the receiver should be and what powers he should have and he will then rule on it.
Now when u take out the Sofer letter that reads that he ''really'' wants to go to Din Torah and its Yidi who doesn't want just take the tran and put it in front of his face push it hard to his eyes maybe he will see it….. .
We still remember when Mendel Schwimmer from BP was also claiming in literature that "I want to go to Din Torah and it's Aron Welz who doesn't want" but when u go to a judge it's a clear yes or no question.
