More Than 500 residents of Kiryas Bobov in the Southern Israeli City Of Bat Yam Signed a petition to Shloime Lachini the current mayor of Bat Yam in a last ditch effort to demand from the city to establish a community center and synagogue in their neighborhood because deteriorating of the ultra-Orthodox youth crime and violence.
Police confirmed last week off the record what residents have long been claiming that the number of incidents of vandalism involving Charedi Teens is rising very quickly especially during the summer vacation months.
Rachel, a resident of the neighborhood, explained this week: "I really hope more people will hear and read about this petition signing that helps each of us. There is no doubt these children are our children, we care about them and their future.
The Petition Came after the city denied the need for a community center close to the orthodox Jewish neighborhood, because we do not have a place set for the youth, many of them drop out of the system and find themselves quickly on the streets one resident claimed.
Those boys Know no boundaries and it is not only a danger to society but for the ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of the city as well, This is a danger to the public.we asked several times of the city, but nothing works.
Residents claim that in their neighborhood there is an abandoned building has been standing empty for more than eight years, but despite attempts to designate the building for the establishment of youth centers, the city has not yet responded to this issue. YiddishNayes-Israel

Officials in the Bat Yam Bobov girl’s yeshiva believe the vandalism attack in the building was carried out by local youths who were most likely influenced by the growing anti-chareidi sentiment in Eretz Yisrael.
Two area ‘trouble makers’ were seen checking out the building during the day and they were sent on their way. However, later in the day, close to Shabbos on Friday 19 Adar 5773 flames were seen coming out of the building. After the fire was extinguished the damage was assessed, said to be significant in the hallways. It appears the vandals were not satisfied with the damage, returning on Shabbos and spray painting their hate graffiti including “We Hate Chareidim” and “Chareidim must Serve” and “Chareidim in the Army”.
Yahadut Hatorah MK Rav Yisrael Eichler feels the media plays a major role in the anti-chareidi sentiment. He condemns the fact that the blaze was passed over by the news, opting to ignore the incident. Eichler added that chareidim are harassed, assaulted and spat upon daily, but this does not concern anyone. “When one meshuginer spits on a girl in Beit Shemesh, a hate party earns 19 seats in Knesset on the back of that incident”, obviously referring to Yesh Atid.
“They added 12 additional dati mandates towards boycotting and starving chareidi children” Eichler concluded in his reference to Bayit Yehudi.

Who set fire to a hareidi girls' school over the weekend? Police say it was likely local juvenile delinquents, but leaders of the Bobov girls' school in Bat Yam said that the two suspects, even if they are guilty, did not act alone; the media, which has in recent weeks been “inciting” against the hareidi community, was guilty as well.
According to school officials, the two youths who are the most likely suspects of the attempted arson were seen on Friday roaming around the school. The two teenagers live in the neighborhood and the school officials recognized them. The youths were seen trying to climb a fence in order to break into the building, and were seen setting off firecrackers in the school's courtyard.
The two were approached by staff and told that if they did not leave immediately, they would be reported to police. The youths left, and students and staff still on the grounds left the school compound.
Right before Shabbat, however, neighbors noticed flames jutting out of the building, and called firefighters. The firefighters put out the blaze, which had been started in a ground-floor hallway. The hallway suffered heavy damage, and several displays that were hanging in the hallway were destroyed. An investigation showed that the arsonists also broke into classrooms and offices, apparently before setting the fire.
According to witnesses, the two youths who had been thrown off the grounds earlier returned later Friday night, and began spray painting graffiti on the building. Other graffiti were found in a neighboring park, with vulgar expressions aimed at the students, as well as messages sprayed on playground equipment that said “not for hareidi use,” “draft hareidim now,” and “everyone must serve (in the IDF).”
School administrators suspect the youths and want police to question them. However, even if they set the fire, said one community member, they weren't the only guilty party. “The media has turned the question of army service into a movement for hating hareidim,” said the community member. “They are just as responsible as the youths for this act.”
