April 09, 2008
City building inspectors are trying to figure out what caused a wall to collapse in Brooklyn this morning.
It happened around 10 a.m. at 311 Franklin Avenue in Clinton Hill.
The side wall of this three-story building gave way, sending mortar and bricks crashing into a neighboring lot.
No one was hurt - and city records show the building was vacant.
