Just days after the Rebbe's From Satmar mourned the loss of the thier beloved mother the previous Rebbitzen of Satmar, word comes that Beis Din will hand down a Psak in regards to the Modos Of Satmar in Boro Park.

Beis Din finished this week to hear arguments from both sides and is set to rule on Thursday August 5th Chof Hay B'Av ë"ä àá .

The Battle of to whom goes which Mosed which has been estimated to be worth in the millions.

The Bais Din was a hand-picked Zavla Bais Din. Zavla stands for Zeh Borer Lo Echad – each side chooses one representative and those representatives choose a third objective judge.

The three neutral Dayanim are  the Chatkover Ruv, Rabbi Yoztchok Zelbereich, Rabbi Avrohom Burich Rosenberg, Rabbi Yechiel Baabad, the Tartikover Rav.
