This vast West Midtown superstore, owned and staffed by Satmar Hasidic Jews, is the largest camera and video-equipment store in the US.
In the upstairs second-hand annex you can purchase vintage Leicas, retro Kodaks and mint-condition Super Eight film, while the downstairs engine room sells everything from darkroom equipment and projectors to digital cameras and underwater lights and film. NASA once purchased a Hasselblad camera lens from here. Enough said.
