A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 1 am to 5 PM EST
Friday.

Light snow will develop across the region late tonight... and will
become steadier and heavier around daybreak on Friday. Snow will
become heavy at times Friday morning... and as it does so... may mix
with sleet or rain Friday morning. Mixed precipitation is then
expected to change back to all snow in the afternoon as it starts to
taper off Friday afternoon. Between 4 and 6 inches of total
accumulation is expected to fall late tonight and Friday... with
slightly lesser amounts near the immediate Ocean Shores.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow or mixed
precipitation will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for
slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while
driving.
