Legal Billing - Town of Woodbury NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Woodbury Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at Town Hall, Highland Mills on Wednesday, July 27, 2005 at 7:30pm in the matter of the application of Monika Kolakowski for a use variance to permit the keeping of three chickens on their property, where-as Section 310-7 of the bulk regulations, in the R-2A Zoning District, does not permit chickens as either a permitted or accessory use. Keeping of farm animals (cows, goats, sheep & chickens) was removed from the accessory uses by LL #5-2003.
